50/50 Deposit Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

By choosing the 50/50 Deposit Payment Plan, you agree to the following terms:

  • Initial Deposit & Confirmation: Upon placing your order and paying the initial 50% deposit, you will be provided with an Order Confirmation Sheet outlining your selected specifications. You must review and approve this sheet to confirm your order. Production of your doll will begin immediately after we receive your confirmation and the 50% deposit.

  • Automatic Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, exactly 14 days after the initial payment. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid failed payment attempts.

  • Grace Period for Failed Final Payment: If the automatic final payment fails, you will be granted a 7-day grace period to manually complete the remaining payment. If full payment is not received by the end of this grace period, your order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. No exceptions.

  • No Refunds on Deposits: The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, or failure to make the final payment.

  • Production Commences After Deposit: As each doll is custom-made to order, production begins as soon as your deposit and order confirmation are received. Therefore, no changes to your specifications can be made after confirmation. Please double-check all details before approving.

  • Ownership & Delivery: Ownership of the doll does not transfer to the client until the final 50% payment has been successfully processed. Shipment will only occur once full payment has been received.

  • Premade Dolls (In Stock Dolls), Products & Accessories: For in-stock or premade dolls, products, accessories, or other non-custom products, full payment (100%) must be received before the item will be shipped. Orders containing both custom and non-custom products will be held until full payment is completed.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Clients who initiate a chargeback on the deposit without valid legal cause (e.g. fraud) will be considered in breach of contract. We reserve the right to provide all documentation to relevant financial institutions and pursue the matter legally, including recovery of production costs.

  • Australian Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By placing an order, you consent to resolve any disputes under the jurisdiction of Australian consumer and contract law.

By proceeding with the 50/50 payment option, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.

Split Payment – Use Multiple Payment Sources

We now offer a flexible Split Payment Option, allowing you to complete your purchase using two or more different payment sources (e.g., separate credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts, or other supported methods). This gives you greater freedom to manage your finances while securing your order.

How It Works:

At checkout, simply select “Split Payment” and choose how you'd like to divide the total amount across multiple payment sources.

You may split your payment in equal or unequal portions, depending on your preference and available funds.

All selected payments must be successfully processed at the time of checkout for your order to be confirmed.

Important Terms:

2-Day Partial Hold: Your order will not be confirmed, nor will production begin, until the full payment is completed across all selected sources.

Non-Refundable Terms Apply: As with all purchases, split payments are subject to our standard refund and cancellation policies.

Payment Errors: If a payment source fails, the entire transaction may be declined. Please ensure sufficient funds are available across all selected methods.

No Delayed Payment Splits: This option is for making one complete purchase using multiple sources at one time. If you prefer to pay over time, please see our 50/50 Deposit Payment Plan or select a third-party installment service (e.g. Afterpay).

Legal & Liability:

All payments must originate from accounts or cards authorised for use by the buyer. We do not accept liability for issues caused by unauthorised or fraudulent use of multiple payment sources.

All split payment transactions are logged and verified. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we will supply all payment records and transaction confirmations to relevant financial institutions.

This payment method is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and by using it, you agree to abide by all related terms.

Why Did My Payment Fail?

If your payment fails, you encounter a "declined" error message, or experience any difficulty processing your payment, there could be various reasons causing this:

  1. Issues with Your Credit Card or Debit Card: Invalid card details, expired card, exceeding the transaction limit, or disabled card.
  2. International Transaction Issues: Ensure that your credit or debit cards are authorized for online purchases from overseas merchants.
  3. PayPal Receipt Error: If you encounter a receipt error for a PayPal order, it may indicate an issue with your PayPal funding source. Please reach out to PayPal.com support for further assistance.
  4. Mismatched Credit Card or Billing Information: Verify that the credit card information provided matches the details on file with your bank, including the card number, expiration date, billing zip code, and CVV/CVC.
  5. Contact Your Bank: If your payment fails to process, contact your credit card or debit card issuing bank. Inform them of the transaction to ensure approval.
  6. Change Payment Method: Consider changing your payment method at checkout. If only one payment method is linked to your PayPal account, add another payment method for increased flexibility.
  7. Confirm Account Information: Ensure your email address and phone number are entered correctly. Complete the registration process for your PayPal account, including confirmation of your information, to avoid payment failure.
