We use FedEx or UPS express air shipping, which differs in time to reach you depending on where in the world you live. Altogether, it usually takes around 4-6 weeks (for some manufacturers this could take up to 8 weeks) from when you place your order until you receive your doll (it typically takes about 1-5 weeks to custom manufacture your doll). After we send your doll out, we'll send you an email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on her.

Here are some more important things to know about shipping:

• Shipping is totally 100% FREE on all orders over $189 (it’s on us).
• You have to sign for the package when it arrives.
• If you're not going to be home, you can have the package held at your local FedEx or UPS for pickup.
• We ship everything in plain cardboard boxes that are 100% discreet and unmarked. They're also sealed up tight to keep your doll safe and your privacy protected.
• Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for your order to arrive. If more than 8 weeks have passed please contact us at info@sxdolled.com with your order details and an explanation of your situation so that we may review the status of your order.

Note, all delivery times we have provided are just estimates, most times dolls actually arrive a lot quicker than estimated above. On another leaf, it is important to understand that once we ship your sex doll, we don't really have any control over how long it takes to get to you. At times, customs can be a real pain, especially in some countries where it takes longer to get your package cleared. Weather is also a major factor to consider, bad weather can slow things down too, especially during winter or hurricane/typhoon seasons. We can't and do not make any promises around delivery times, but if you have a special request, please let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate you.

In certain regions, import taxes may be levied upon delivery. Typically ranging from $100 to $150USD, and rarely beyond, depending on your specific doll. We will take on the responsibility for these import taxes and associated fees, however, in select countries these fees will fall upon the buyer. Nevertheless, we are committed to providing the necessary support throughout this process. Rest assured, there's no need for undue concern; we've got you covered.

As your doll is ready to be shipped, she receives a final touch-up and a light dusting of powder. Then, she's wrapped up with care and packaged up along with your freebies and all necessary paperwork. When your doll is sent out, you can keep an eye on her through FedEx’s and UPS’s tracking features on their respective websites. And to make things even easier, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can stay in the loop.

If you have any special request, for instance, you want your doll to be delivered on a particular day at a particular time, or you want to pick her up from your local post office. Please leave a note during checkout. Typically, our sex doll delivery partner will give you a call to notify you before they arrive at your doorstep. All of this being said, we can not guarantee how couriers act and perform as couriers are entirely third party to us.

We offer included customs clearance, taxes and tariffs for most countries. While we'd like to include customs clearance, duties and taxes for all countries, unfortunately, due to local regulations and limited courier abilities we are unable to at this time.

We make sure that nobody knows about your doll except for you (and maybe customs). To make this happen, we've got super strict privacy rules in place for all shipments.

We declare your doll as a mannequin to customs to protect your privacy. Your doll will be packaged in a plain brown box. No one will know what’s inside except you! We won't write anything on the outside of the box about what's inside, so even your delivery person won't know what’s inside. And that's just how we like it! When your package arrives, all you've got to do is sign for it and say thanks.
