No. All official product photos are taken of Orangein’s real dolls, not AI renderings. Studio images are captured using professional cameras for clarity and accuracy.

Factory photos may appear slightly different due to mobile phone camera quality and/or lighting, but the doll itself remains exactly as described.

How long does it take to receive an Orangein Doll? +

What is the return or exchange policy? +

Each Orangein Doll undergoes a full-body quality control inspection before shipment. A dedicated staff member checks:

If minor damage occurs:

  • SxDolled with negotiate with Orangein directly on behalf of the client for compensation. The doll typically will not be returned to the factory.

If severe or irreparable damage occurs:

  • A replacement doll will be issued to the client at no cost.

If you find that your doll is damaged, please take photos and immediately report the damage to us, then leave the doll inside the packaging she came in, do not take her out.
