I will continue to purchase mainly through Jerry's store and I recommend others do the same because there are a lot of scammer type of sellers (mainly bait and switch or send the wrong product) and Jerry is fast and gets things done and he also finds out what you can have installed on the doll like a naval piercing etc and most manufacturers will do that even if they normally don't offer it. Bought my first doll from Jerry at Sxdolled. I decided on the red headed Sola doll from Climax (Winter on sxdolled). Talked with Jerry about many different dolls. 10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved... At the beginning , I was looking at several dolls and asked questions. For example if the weight of the BQ dolls include all the sofness options.... which they do. I asked for videos of the softness and the holes, and got them. After further research I chose a Jiusheng doll, the 160E, which is the best doll I ever had. Before I got into the silicone I had 5 tpe dolls. I asked questions, they were answered. I also requested that the head would not have a mole under the eye, which it had on the promotional pictures. The order went well, no problems. The doll comes in and is damaged. Actually having a "cut", I could see and feel the foam core. Everything got solved quite fast and now I have a super hot doll with a scar. And I ordered another doll, the exact same, but without the gel-butt and with different skin and nipple colour. Everything went super fine even with Jiusheng having paused the production of the doll to work on the mold. Which I already knew. Well, now she is on her way home and I am excited. Important is they answer your questions, so ask question. When you need a video of the dolls softness or whatever, ask for it. I'm in Australia and I settled on vendor Sxdolled and im glad I did. the customer service is first rate from doll selection and customisation, progress reports and photos from the factory and then support with delivery. There was a delay/ issue with my delivery but nothing to do with sxd. On top of all that, let me add that the doll was even more amazing than the photos. absolutely beautiful. Bought my first doll from Jerry at Sxdolled. I decided on the red headed Sola doll from Climax (Winter on sxdolled). Talked with Jerry about many different dolls. 10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved... At the beginning , I was looking at several dolls and asked questions. For example if the weight of the BQ dolls include all the sofness options.... which they do. I asked for videos of the softness and the holes, and got them. After further research I chose a Jiusheng doll, the 160E, which is the best doll I ever had. Before I got into the silicone I had 5 tpe dolls. I asked questions, they were answered. I also requested that the head would not have a mole under the eye, which it had on the promotional pictures. The order went well, no problems. The doll comes in and is damaged. Actually having a "cut", I could see and feel the foam core. Everything got solved quite fast and now I have a super hot doll with a scar. And I ordered another doll, the exact same, but without the gel-butt and with different skin and nipple colour. Everything went super fine even with Jiusheng having paused the production of the doll to work on the mold. Which I already knew. Well, now she is on her way home and I am excited. Bought my first doll from Jerry at Sxdolled. I decided on the red headed Sola doll from Climax (Winter on sxdolled). Talked with Jerry about many different dolls. 10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved... At the beginning , I was looking at several dolls and asked questions. For example if the weight of the BQ dolls include all the sofness options.... which they do. I asked for videos of the softness and the holes, and got them. After further research I chose a Jiusheng doll, the 160E, which is the best doll I ever had. Before I got into the silicone I had 5 tpe dolls. I asked questions, they were answered. I also requested that the head would not have a mole under the eye, which it had on the promotional pictures. The order went well, no problems. The doll comes in and is damaged. Actually having a "cut", I could see and feel the foam core. Everything got solved quite fast and now I have a super hot doll with a scar. And I ordered another doll, the exact same, but without the gel-butt and with different skin and nipple colour. Everything went super fine even with Jiusheng having paused the production of the doll to work on the mold. Which I already knew. Well, now she is on her way home and I am excited. Important is they answer your questions, so ask question. When you need a video of the dolls softness or whatever, ask for it. Very fast replies - there's a speed I've noticed here it actually surprised me to get replies the same day usually I expect to wait a few days to a week from other vendors 2. Very professional - willing to answer questions AFTER placing the order I've heard horror stories of others just ghosting their own customers after getting paid. It was my first time buying from sxdolled I'm glad I did buy from him. I could say a lot but I'll keep it short and sweet. 1. If you have questions his responses are thorough and he asks for clarification if anything is uncertain. Comes across as both professional and personable. I purchased a 148cm SY doll and there were a few options not listed on the site page that I wanted, which I put in the comments section of the purchase. I had an email within 2 hours confirming the availability of the options, the price of each, and asking for confirmation on which options he should send an invoice for. 10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved... At the beginning , I was looking at several dolls and asked questions. For example if the weight of the BQ dolls include all the sofness options.... which they do. I asked for videos of the softness and the holes, and got them. After further research I chose a Jiusheng doll, the 160E, which is the best doll I ever had. Before I got into the silicone I had 5 tpe dolls. I asked questions, they were answered. I also requested that the head would not have a mole under the eye, which it had on the promotional pictures. The order went well, no problems. The doll comes in and is damaged. Actually having a "cut", I could see and feel the foam core. Everything got solved quite fast and now I have a super hot doll with a scar. And I ordered another doll, the exact same, but without the gel-butt and with different skin and nipple colour. Everything went super fine even with Jiusheng having paused the production of the doll to work on the mold. Which I already knew. Well, now she is on her way home and I am excited. Important is they answer your questions, so ask question. When you need a video of the dolls softness or whatever, ask for it. 10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved... At the beginning , I was looking at several dolls and asked questions. For example if the weight of the BQ dolls include all the sofness options.... which they do. I asked for videos of the softness and the holes, and got them. After further research I chose a Jiusheng doll, the 160E, which is the best doll I ever had. Before I got into the silicone I had 5 tpe dolls. I asked questions, they were answered. I also requested that the head would not have a mole under the eye, which it had on the promotional pictures. The order went well, no problems. The doll comes in and is damaged. Actually having a "cut", I could see and feel the foam core. Everything got solved quite fast and now I have a super hot doll with a scar. And I ordered another doll, the exact same, but without the gel-butt and with different skin and nipple colour. Everything went super fine even with Jiusheng having paused the production of the doll to work on the mold. Which I already knew. Well, now she is on her way home and I am excited. Important is they answer your questions, so ask question. When you need a video of the dolls softness or whatever, ask for it.
