From the moment you enter into our store, we make it our mission to provide you with the most professional products, services, and support possible. Our team manages the entire process with great care, including rapid global tracked shipping and white glove delivery.

When you choose your doll and confirm your order with us, production begins immediately upon receiving payment. Your doll will be ready for dispatch in about 7 to 14 working days. Once it's complete, we'll send you images for your approval, and then arrange for dispatch within 24 hours after approval has been given.

Before shipping your doll, our quality control department will give it one last check and carefully package it for shipping. We exclusively use express couriers like UPS and FedEx for shipping, ensuring speedy delivery times of 3 to 7 days for international orders. Plus, you can track your doll's journey in real time through the courier's tracking system.

Note: Shipping is out of our hands, this process can take up to 3-4 weeks in some cases!

We value your privacy and understand how important it is to keep your purchase discreet. That's why we use white glove delivery to carefully handle each doll in a way that hides the contents of the box. So, only you will know what's inside, there are no indications on the outside of the packaging. We're confident you'll be happy with our packaging and delivery service.

We offer included customs clearance, taxes and tariffs for most counties.

We package each doll in a plain brown box with protective packaging and shock-resistant foam. The size of the box depends on the size of your chosen doll, but it's usually around 150cm tall, 42cm wide, and 28cm deep.

1. Select/Customize Your Doll

Choose your TPE doll and customize every aspect of her, from hair to breast size to eye colour and more. There are so many options to explore, why not try it out for yourself?

2. Order Confirmation

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. Be sure to review the details of your order carefully.

3. Made To Order

Once your order is confirmed, our manufacturers get to work on creating your unique doll. This is where the magic happens, it usually takes between 1-3 weeks to completely manufacture your doll depending on her complexity.

4. Doll Up

When your doll is ready, our team of talented makeup artists use real cosmetics to give her a stunning, lifelike appearance. She's getting ready for you!

5. Confirmation

Once your doll is all dolled up, before shipping your doll, our quality control department will give it one last check, approval pictures will then be sent to you for confirmation, and finally, your doll is carefully packaged for shipping.

6. On Her Way To You

After she’s all packaged up, she'll make her way to you. You can track her location using the tracking code we provide. She should arrive in 1-3 weeks, depending on customs clearance (keep in mind shipping and customs clearance is out of our control).

7. Discreet Arrival

Your doll will arrive quietly and discreetly at your designated location. From there, she's all yours to enjoy.
