Before the brand was established, we spent three years collecting and analyzing skin data from nearly 500 real-life models. This allowed us to accurately replicate pores, vascular patterns, muscle structure, and subtle skin details such as texture and micro-fat granules.
We built a comprehensive skin texture database to achieve 1:1 anatomical-level replication, eliminating unnatural or repeated textures.

SS+ level makeup and finishing system

We developed a proprietary SS+ makeup system, combining ultra-wax-figure-level craftsmanship with advanced texture refinement techniques. Each piece undergoes over 20 layers of 3D artistic application by master artisans, resulting in an exceptionally lifelike visual effect.

1. What payment methods are available?

Our app is distributed globally through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All payments must be processed through their respective in-app purchase systems.

Available payment methods vary by region and may include:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Local payment methods (e.g., carrier billing in Japan, Boleto/Pix in Brazil, iDEAL in the Netherlands)
• Digital wallets (supported in select regions)
• Mobile carrier billing and gift cards

AI subscriptions are handled exclusively through Apple and Google’s payment systems. No third-party payment channels are used.

2. Are there country restrictions?

While the app stores cover most regions globally, payment availability depends on local regulations and service coverage.

A. Countries where payment is not available
Due to U.S. sanctions, services are typically unavailable in regions such as Iran, Syria, Cuba, and North Korea.

B. Regions with unstable or limited payment support
Mainland China: Google Play is unavailable; Android users cannot use Google payment. Apple App Store is available, but payment methods are regulated (Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, etc.).

India: Payment failures may occur due to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Local methods like UPI are recommended.

Turkey, Pakistan, and similar regions: Occasional payment disruptions may occur due to exchange rates or risk control policies.

3. Are payment methods restricted?

Generally, there are no strict limitations. However, payment success rates vary depending on regional preferences and available payment methods.

The app stores automatically display the most suitable options for each region. If users do not have the appropriate payment method linked (e.g., Giropay in Germany), payment may fail.

Regional payment preferences include:

• Japan: Carrier billing (Docomo, SoftBank, AU) and convenience store payments
• Brazil: Boleto and Pix are essential; credit card usage is relatively lower
• Indonesia: E-wallets (DANA, OVO) and convenience store payments (Alfamart, Indomaret) are widely used
