What Is ROS MAX Head? A Clear Guide to Irontech/Real Lady’s Head Systems & Upgrades
Share
Real Lady continues to expand its head systems to offer more realism and interaction options. From standard designs to advanced functional upgrades, understanding the differences is key to choosing the right option for you. Before looking at the ROS MAX upgrade, it’s important to first understand what a standard ROS head is and how the system evolves.
What Is a ROS Head?
The ROS silicone head is designed with a realistic oral structure and a movable jaw. It supports hemisphere eyes and allows for implanted hair, eyebrows, and lower eyelashes, enhancing overall realism.
Real Lady’s head lineup now includes:
- Soft heads
- Hard heads
- ROS heads
- ROS MAX heads
Each option provides different levels of realism and interaction, giving users more flexibility in customization.
Real Lady ROS MAX Upgrade Project
ROS MAX builds on the foundation of the ROS head with several structural and functional upgrades.
1. Hidden Oral Pressure Relief Channel
All R-series heads (such as R6) adapted to ROS MAX include the option for the addition of a pressure relief channel hidden behind the ears.
Functions:
- The pressure relief channel is separate from the oral channel. It connects to the internal layer between the oral cavity and the head. During use, it releases internal air pressure, reducing resistance and creating a smoother experience.
- It supports compatibility with the “ROS Oral Function.” Instead of choosing this function at the time of purchase, users can add an external device later to achieve the same function.
- The pressure relief outlet is fully hidden and does not affect appearance. It remains concealed under naturally falling hair.
Note:
Usage habits and frequency affect the lifespan of robot-related functions. These are considered consumable components. It’s important to carefully consider whether to choose robotic features before ordering.

2. Optimized Oral Positioning
The teeth are positioned slightly lower than the lips.
- When the mouth is closed, teeth remain hidden naturally
- When opened, teeth are subtly visible and the tongue lifts slightly
This creates a more natural, lifelike appearance.
3. Upgraded Eye Socket Structure
ROS MAX adds a lower eyelid component to the eye structure. This helps prevent facial deformation caused by jaw movement and maintains stability and realism in the eye area.
4. Improved Mouth-Opening Mechanism
The jaw structure has been fully upgraded. Users can feel jaw support when pressing the chin, and the mouth opens smoothly with a gentle pull, creating a more refined and natural motion.
5. Reduced Head Weight
The ROS MAX head is approximately 0.5 kg lighter than the standard ROS head (around 20% reduction), making it easier for handling, posing, and photography.
6. Compatibility
- All current R-series heads are compatible with the ROS MAX system
- S-series heads are also ROS MAX compatible, but the pressure relief channel is not offered for them (refer to customization details for specifics)
ROS MAX Robot Functions
Available Functions
- Oral function (available only on ROS & ROS MAX silicone heads)
- Heating
- Motion functions (oral, hip, and waist movement)
Usage Tip:
After powering on, the doll is ready to use. Speed can be adjusted via the voltage control.
Note:
These functions add approximately 6 kg of additional weight.
As with all robotic features, lifespan depends on usage and frequency, and they are considered consumable.
Safety Instructions
- Avoid Water Exposure: Keep plugs and power ports dry. Cover them during cleaning.
- Operate Carefully: Handle the doll properly to avoid injury due to weight.
- Movement Limits: Do not force the neck or waist beyond designed limits.
- Power Management: Return the body to a neutral position before shutting down and unplug after use.
- Stable Positioning: Ensure the doll is stable before activating robotic functions.
- Adapters: Provided based on your country. Contact support if needed.

After-Sales Policy
- Robot dolls are non-returnable.
- A 5-month after-sales service period begins from delivery.
- Improper use or intentional damage voids support.
- If issues occur, stop use immediately and contact your vendor.
- No factory repair service is provided.
- In case of malfunction, compensation for robotic components may be offered, or a replacement body for severe issues.
- After 5 months, no after-sales support or compensation is provided.
Important:
Robot dolls are considered consumable products and typically have a shorter lifespan than non-robot models. This should be carefully considered before purchase.
Conclusion
The ROS MAX head represents a significant refinement over the standard ROS system, focusing on improved structure, reduced resistance, better durability, and enhanced realism. Combined with optional robotic functions, it offers a more advanced level of interaction. However, with these added features comes additional responsibility in usage and maintenance. Understanding these differences ensures you can choose the setup that best fits your expectations and long-term use.
