To achieve a precise 1:1 replica of the model’s skin texture, silicone mold-making material is applied to the skin of the model's body. After the silicone material cools and solidifies, it accurately captures the fine details and textures of her skin. After the silicone material has been applied, plaster is applied on top of the silicone to create a rough mold of the model’s figure and to help her maintain her posture, thus offering more precise body data for the modeling process.

Once the plaster molding process is complete, advanced 3D scanning techniques are used to precisely capture the model's body shape and dimensions. This technology uses lasers and sensors to record intricate curves and details to convert them into a digital model.

Once the mold is complete, the next step is to progress into replicating real human texture skin. This is an extremely complex procedure that requires specialized skills and techniques and tools to accurately transfer texture details onto the mold. This procedure involves repairing, enhancing, and optimizing the skin texture data to ensure the final model has as realistic of an appearance and feel as possible. This undertaking is particularly difficult due to the various technical difficulties and complexities involved, requiring a high level of understanding, expertise, and experience.

Real Lady’s mold creation process includes five carefully executed stages, starting with gathering skin texture profiles from living female models using body casting techniques and finishing with the creation of the final silicone mold. This process can take anywhere between 3 to 6 months to complete, this ensures the best results with exceptional quality and realism.

Step 1) Positioning the skeleton is the first step in the production process of producing silicone sex dolls. Ensuring the correct placement of the sex doll's skeleton is extremely important.

Step 2) Silicone material is mixed according to the client’s order specifications. The two major options are; skin tone and softness. Mixtures must adhere to strict measurements to ensure that the final material meets the client’s order specifications.

Step 3) Next comes the injection of the material, the previously mixed silicone material is injected into the mold housing the skeleton, slowly filling the mold up to shape the doll's entire body. This step requires ensuring that every part of the mold is uniformly filled, making sure no bubbles are formed or gaps left unfilled.

Step 4) After the material has been successfully injected into the mold and set, the trimming process begins. This involves removing any excess silicone material and refining the sex doll, particularly along the seams, to make the doll appear smoother and more natural.

Step 5) After trimming, the sex doll is cleaned to remove any left-behind surface impurities and manufacturing residue. The sex doll's skin (outer surface) is carefully cleaned to ensure that it’s dust-free and stain-free.

Step 6) Painting, this step is when realistic body painting techniques are applied to your doll, giving the silicone sex doll a much more lifelike and realistic skin tone, enhancing its aesthetic appeal. This process aims to heighten the doll's appearance, achieving a more realistic appearance similar to that of the skin tone of a real human woman.
